I made a mistake when placing my order

For Custom Orders

If you created your order in the Design Lab and clicked ‘Proceed to Checkout’ but did not submit it by clicking ‘Confirm Your Order’ on the following page, your order has not been submitted to us. At this point, you do not have the option of going back and editing your order. If you have made a mistake, you will have to place a new order.

If you clicked ‘Confirm Your Order’ but have not paid for it, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel the order and you can place a new one with the correct details/design.

If your order has been paid for, we may have started on it already so we might not be able to make changes. We will not accept changes to products/sizes/quantities/colours if they have already been ordered in. We will not accept changes to designs if the work has already begun. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.
